Once we've had that initial chat and you'd like to move forward, we'll arrange a site visit at a time that suits you.

Site Visit & Free Consultation

This is where the real planning begins. We'll come to your home, walk the site with you, and conduct a thorough survey. We're looking at access, existing structures, potential challenges, and opportunities you might not have considered. If you've got drawings or plans, we'll review them on-site. If you don't, we can guide you through what's needed and connect you with trusted architects or designers if required.

This consultation is completely free, and there's no obligation to proceed. We want you to feel confident in your decision, and that means giving you all the information you need upfront — not after you've signed a contract.

Planning the Best Approach

Every project is different. Some builds are straightforward. Others have complications — access issues, planning restrictions, party wall agreements, or listed building considerations. Once we've surveyed the site and reviewed your plans, we'll sit down with you and talk through the best way to approach the work.

We'll discuss timelines, phasing (if the project is large), material choices, and costs. Everything is laid out clearly so there are no surprises. And here's the important bit: we don't take any money upfront. You don't pay a penny until work begins, and even then, payments are structured around clear, agreed milestones.

Project Commencement — Meet Your Team

When work starts, you'll meet the team who'll be on-site. These aren't subcontractors we've hired for the week — they're our people. Skilled tradespeople, many of whom have been with us for years. You'll have one dedicated project manager as your main point of contact throughout, so you're never left wondering who to speak to or what's happening next.

We treat your home with respect. That means protecting floors, keeping the site tidy, and working in a way that minimises disruption to your daily life. If you're living in the property during the build (and most of our clients are), we plan the work carefully to make sure you still have access to essentials like kitchens, bathrooms, and entry points.

Managed Delivery & Completion

Throughout the project, we manage everything. Materials are ordered and delivered on schedule. Building control inspections are coordinated. Any issues that come up are dealt with quickly and communicated to you immediately — no burying bad news or hoping you won't notice.

Our goal is simple: to finish on time, on budget, and to a standard that makes you genuinely proud of your home. When we say we're done, we're done — no snagging lists as long as your arm, no half-finished details you're expected to overlook.

And every single job is covered by SBSWC (Structural Building and Structural Warranty Coverage), which means you're protected long after we've left the site.
