Loft Conversions

Full Renovations
Renovation projects are where we really get to show the breadth of our expertise. These are the jobs that involve multiple trades working in sequence, careful coordination, and an eye for both the big picture and the smallest details.
You'll see kitchens ripped out and replaced with bespoke joinery. Bathrooms retiled from floor to ceiling with underfloor heating and rainfall showers. Living rooms opened up with steel beams and Crittall-style glazing. Period features restored and highlighted. Tired 1970s interiors brought into the modern era without losing the charm of the original building.

Modernisation & Retrofit Projects

In our retrofit gallery, you'll see older properties transformed with cavity wall insulation, new heating systems, improved ventilation, and upgraded windows — all done in a way that respects the character of the building while dramatically improving comfort and running costs.

We first met Gordon and Kevin a couple of years ago while they were completing a project for a neighbour, and they made the same positive impression when we approached them for our own build.
